If you own Adobe Acrobat as a standalone package or as a plug-in, you
should be able to create PDF files. Follow these simple configuration
steps to ensure the highest quality printing:
Embed Fonts in the document. Set Acrobat
to embed all fonts within the document. This will avoid substitution
when opening the file on other computers.
Set your resolution for a 600dpi printer.
The typical setting for this is the 'PRINT' profile (as opposed to SCREEN
or PRESS). Be sure to check the graphics and turn off all bi-cubic downsampling.
Your file will be larger when you distill it, but you'll maintain the
maximum resolution when printing.
Before ordering a large quantity we highly recommend you create a test file
to ensure your settings are correct.
